With 25+ years of experience across international corporate and academic arenas, I specialize in turning strategy into tangible action within complex, global, cross-industry organizations.
My work spans diagnosis, strategic analysis, project leadership, and the adoption of responsible business practices—always with a view to sparking innovation and, wherever possible, creating value by embedding Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) criteria.
Curious by nature, I’m both a lifelong learner and a committed educator. I hold a Chemical Engineering degree from Universidad Iberoamericana (IBERO); an MSc in Science and Technology Policy from the University of Sussex; an MBA in General Management from ITAM; and certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Sun Microsystems), Finance (ESADE), and Business Model Innovation (Strategyzer). Together, these reflect my commitment to staying ahead in a constantly evolving business landscape.

As a partner of InnoQuotient and Idearia Lab, I help organizations surface and strengthen their innovation culture—and translate it into a value-driven implementation plan. My approach blends advanced diagnostics with Agile and Lean Six Sigma to drive efficiency and innovation. I’m also among the few business model innovation coaches trained directly by Strategyzer.
University Teaching
At ESADE, I teach courses in Entrepreneurship, Corporate Strategy, Agile Project Management, and Sustainability. I bring my consulting and industry experience into the classroom, giving students a deep, hands-on understanding of how to put theory into practice.
Community Engagement
I devote part of my time to volunteering with several organizations, applying my skills to find new ways to tackle real-world challenges. From fundraising to advancing sustainability and well-being, I focus on shaping strategies and turning them into projects with meaningful impact.
